Eh. If you're on about when you're in the equipment menu it always did that, unless it did it just for me. It just never actually worked when you were playing.

Then I'll have to record the game, because I can't count the milliseconds of difference during the game.Curzyfish wrote...

It's just tricking you. The cool down times change now as if it was working, however, go into a game and use a power. It'll be pretty obvious it's not working if you are using like a hornet or hurricane. If you then check your cool down times again you'll see the numbers are as if you had no ULM again.

Before the patch, the cooldowns in the power menu showed no change, now they do, but as ppl have said it seems to have no effect ingame sadly

That's nonsense, equip the ULM, check the power recharge time, quit the game and check it again NEVER passing through the equip-weapon mode and you'll notice that's still bugged. You don't need to record a game, and however, you got the hurricane, which weights 0.85 (85% cooldown), equip it and the difference will be a whole second at least, not fractions.

The difference is very noticeable if you have a heavy primary weapon equippedLima54 wrote...

Not entirely, if you read my little "guide" I can make you experience this bug once more even without the need to start a game, nice isn't it?

I was talking in general, but I just followed your instructions and indeed, the CD is shown unaffected by the ULM. That's just sad. ULM not fixed, flying vanguards not fixed, store bug not fixed (happened to me 10 times, one thing changed though, it doesn't ask you to contact customer support anymore, just says you have to exit MP and quits it...)

I did. 184 frames for recharge on my krogan both with and without ULM. They're still broken.

Any chance you could use fraps to get the cooldown with a shuriken, or some other gun that gives you actual 200% cooldown?

On that note, being able to embed YouTube videos in posts would be nice. Doubt that could be implemented easily though.
But more to the point, I hope this gets patched again soon, or maybe they could just drop it and make all the SMGs somewhat lighter.
Also, someone should check it with the Geth Plasma SMG and see if it still works for that.

Sure. Why though? What am I looking for? It shouldn't make a difference either way if the natural CD is 200%.

On the bright side, I'm pleased as punch that I can actually damage a target that isn't inside a 90 degree arc of the front or rear of my cover now. Stupidest bug of all time.

I know it's redundant but I'm curious to know how much of a difference it ends up being in-game.
Also, no need to use ultra-light materials on the shuriken, hence natural 200% CD.
Basically, ULM smg vs non-ULM smg vs shuriken.

At first I thought it was the Harrier, even switching the weapon out, but after several more tests, I figured ULM was still bugged. With the Harrier/Hurricane loadout, the cooldown listed numbers after the match were the same numbers listed for Harrier/Hurricane without ULM. I concluded ULM is still not working.
I really want my Hurricane.
EDIT: Changed 2nd person into 1st person in opening statement.

I also encountered a pleasant glitch where my Extended Barrel actually continued to be rendered on my Widow after holstering it for the Hurricane. It seemed related to the new mission and picking stuff up. Alas it went away with a weapon swap and I was sad again.
