I pre-ordered Dragon Age: Origins from Gamestop, and picked it up at launch. I own the Stone Prisoner DLC, and have since purchased the Warden's Keep DLC as well. All of these items were working fine on my XBox 360. My girlfriend enjoyed watching me play through the game, and has since begun to play herself. In fact, her save file is right before the fight with the Archdemon.
Tonight, she went to load her game, and was dismayed to find the following message:
"Unable to load save game as the required downloadable content is not present on the selected storage device. Please insert a storage device containing the required downloadable content, or download the downloadable content again.
Feral Wolf Charm"
We've tried swapping over to my profile to load my last save, and it started with no trouble. Checking the downloadable content list in the game from my profile, we can see where the Feral Wolf Charm is listed.
She told me that she did not receive the Feral Wolf Charm item until her last play session. She didn't even know where it had come from. She started with the Memory Band and Blood Dragon Armor.
After logging my profile in however, she logged back to her own and the Feral Charm DLC was back on her list of downloadable content. We've resolved the issue for now, but I wanted to post here to let people know of the problem.

its not game error, its ur xbox that suffered from the problem. i suffered the same for me and my bro's account for the game fable 2 DLC.

When you open the Feral Wolf Charm on the in-game DLC screen does it give the option to re-download?
If not go to your hard drive and delete the DLC pack and then download the charm from the DLC screen again. They bundled all of their DLC on 2 files and the offline verification won't happen unless you specifically downloaded the item. (Took me 8 times deleting and re-downloading to get it all)
