Downloaded them, played them for abit but to be honest im bored of the MP now. wave after wave of the same enemies is pretty crap now so its back to waiting for the EC for me.
Are people even downloading these dlc?

Not downloading anything myself. I likely won't download the extended cut either. Youtube will be used to prove my thoughts right (yes thats negative.. but meh).
