OK, I am on a second playthrough... in the werewolf lair fighting that revnant.  Super hard battle took multiple tries and I get NOTHING?  Just basic stuff?  Isn't is supposed to drop some of the juggernaught items?
Or am I forgetting something?

Not forgetting, you just have the wrong monster. The revenants in the werewolf lair are part of the "Corpse Walker" codex entries. If you kill all six of them, you get the full write up about them, but they aren't a side quest, just optional fights. The Juggernaut armor (the chestpiece, in fact) is in the elven ruins, but you fight a Shade and a handful of lesser shades to get it. It's inside a coffin, and you have to perform an ancient elven burial ritual to gain access to the room.



Look for an ancient elven tablet, then follow the clues as they are laid out in teh codex entry that relates to the tablet.
