Very bad costumer support from Bioware / EA not responding to the connection problems so many people have since the patch and DLC came out!

so, since the patch hit this is the message I get when starting the game and every time I try to reconnect to the servers. (the mass effect 3 server is unavailable at this time. Please try again later.) I've uninstalled ME3 and Origin, didn't do a thing. I've checked for updates, repair installed.. nadda. Anyone experiencing the same issue or have any advice? Thanks

Still having the issue here, i've tried every fix (i've been invited in game too a couple of times, from different people, nothing worked).

1st: this is NOT a connection issue, it's related to the installation of the game in some sort. I can play the game on my brother's pc with my account, we use the same IP connecting through the same router with the same connection. Probably something broke up with my installation while his went fine. I've tried everything about cleaning my installation, i've even tried to delete my ME3 folder and replace it with the one taken from his pc but nothing worked.
2nd: this is probably related to the "online pass key" error some of us experienced on pc. I've managed to reinstall the game a couple of times since this error appeared and after every clean installation, when i try to log in the first time it keeps asking me for the online pass key, when i close that window without providing one (which is not needed on PC to play MP, as you know) the game gets stuck and never connects again.
3rd: other things i've already tried, so you don't bother tring things i've already tested: i've launched the game with admin privileges, i've repaired the installation, i've reinstalled the game from scratch, i've copyed the game folder from a functioning installation on another pc, i've reinstalled origin, i've tried launching the game without patch or dlcs from a fresh installation. It seems that the problem isn't related to the installation folder, or something that i've tried would have work..(maybe something went dirty in the windows registry? dunno, i'm not a windows expert though)

Hope this will help you fixing this issue^^ and sorry for my terrible english:P
