It's totally random and erratic for me. Sometimes I'll get constant disconnects within minutes of starting ME3 MP, then it'll be fine for a few matches.

Same issue as those above (lost connection to Mass Effect server when trying MP, black screen when trying single player). I did get through to MP by the "invite" workaround, but the one game I played after getting on was bugged all to -beep- (impossible to reload ammo, powers didn't actually do anything to opposition, ignored by enemies but could pick up stuff, which came in handy during the one "pick up" mission we had)... Using 64 bit Win7.

I have the issue as well. Haven't been able to play once on Multiplayer. Tried it on my brother's PC (which is using the same internet connection) and it works fine there.

Good to hear that this issue is being officially acknowledged & investigated.  Thank you for posting this.

Multiplayer is still broken for me in the way everyone has described, has been since the beginning of the week when I downloaded the path or dlc (I didn't try multiplayer in between downloading the two); tried uninstalling ME3 & completely reinstalling, running as administrator, etc, and no joy.

I must have read every post in this thread and have tried pretty much every suggestion offered. Still cant get into the multiplayer. It tries to load for a few seconds then the text on the tips screen changes and the loading icon blinks. Then it's like the game forgets what it was doing and it just gives up. It's also frustrating when it tells me that I'VE lost my connection to the server. No Dammit, You lost YOUR connection to me!
Eeeesh first D3 Error 37, now this....these are the only two games I'm remotely interested in atm and neither of them work uuhhhh, I guess I'd better go outside or something

 If this game was a competitive, FPS, it would be dead, right now. Its co-op, so I guess people are thihnking about it more leniently- but I haven't been able to get into multiplayer since the update. Nothing I can do fixes this.

I have this same issue. Joining a friend's game does not work around this issue for me. 
I've done several of the suggestions given to me by EA support such as update several times, reinstall more than once origin, origin beta, and ME3. I've made repair attempts to ME3 and each individual DLC. I followed EA support suggestions: cleaning my temp folders, follow their internet protocol configuration steps, and clear out my browser cache.

 super excited to see we completed the last weekend challenge but wait! EA server wont let any of you connect to it, BAHAHAHA. this sucks I would like to play but ea doesnt want me to, guess i will go find ANOTHER game to play untill this is fixed.

 Yep, I've been having the same "cannot connect to the Mass Effect 3 servers" nonsense since the DLC was released too. Tried all the suggestions to avail. I haven't tried being invited to a game though so if any kind soul would be willing to add me 'Lem0ngrab' I'd be extremely greatful!
