I am also having this issue.
Windows 7 64 bit.
I have tried:
Turning off the firewall
Repairing installation
Updating Origin to the latest version
Running Origin as Administrator
Still seeing the same problem.

EDIT: I just got someone on my friends list to invite me and I got in. Thanks for the info on this thread.

Devs: PLEASE fix this game. When I originally bought it I couldn't play for a couple of days because it wouldn't launch and now this. It is a great and really fun game but these problems really take away from the game.

i guess i am another fish in the same pool asking for help with the same issue but i had the issue a couple days to a week before the dlc. I tried with both my computers with win 7. Both of them do not work with multiplayer.

Can't connect since patch either. Tried "reloading my games", "repair installation" and deleted and re-downloaded. Still cannot connect to multiplayer.
