If you mean that the game won't even launch after hitting play, then you probably have the problem of IGO32. Just go to your Origin installed folder, and look for a file called IGO32.dll, then rename it to something else like IGO32(BUGFIX).dll, should fix the non-responsive launch issue. Be sure you don't have ME3 running in the background from previous attempts (visible if you run a w32 program called taskmgr - the Task Manager).

I fixed this by clicking on the little "i" on the mass effect game,
right clicking rebellion and clicking "repair install".


worked for me.

 I have a very similar problem to all the people here.
Last night I was able to play ME3 Multi perfectly. It lagged on some games, but that was it. (I had the rebellion pack yesterday)
Today when I clicked multiplayer in the menu, I got a little pop-up letting me know of Rebellion. I clicked it away and got into a game
The first one lagged a lot but i finished it up to wave 10, got my rewards, and click on another game.
And this is where it went awful. Every single game laggs (I did EVERYTHING I could to reduce lag) and the worst part is, at wave 10, when the last enemy is down, we're about to end the game and get the rewards, I get exactly that message "You have lost your connection to the mass effect 3 server, you must connect again to access online feautres" 
And boom, 20 minutes wasted. Except that I tried for 2 hours, and every single game did the same. Even games with 0 lag ended up disconnecting me on wave 10. (my god the frustration)
Is there still no fix for this apart from asking Origin friends?

Dont you think EA should make it so that you GET the exp and credits for every kill etc instantly rather then wait till the end...?
I hope this gets fixed soon...

have no problems connecting,but after a while it kicks me out of the game with this message , plus , i cant join custom games anymore when someone invites me, then im stuck in the "joining game" screen and have to restart me3

In my case it started happening before the DLC was released, but after installing the patch. And even if my connection to the game/EA servers stays, my lobby stays empty(I always host).

Have the same prob, if I'm hosting the lobby stays empty almost, at rare occasion some connect.

Just tried what WolfyBrandon did on page 4 and it worked for me. At least i can now come into the MP, still need to test with logging of and such
