Why can't I unlock rebellion stuff from packs when the rest of the community seems to be able to...

It's random, it could be you just haven't gotten lucky yet. As long as you d/l'ed the new dlc I don't see why it wouldn't work.

It's like the store doesn't recognize that I downloaded the expansion... SP and PSP only tell me that I can get stuff from the resurgence expansion...

Says that for me too, blew 8 psp packets and only got level one of each new weapon, no characters.

I haven't been able to either. Finally gave up about an hour and a half ago because I kept getting the same crap characters and NO weapons. I really want that sniper rifle and it would be wicked if my first ultra rare was the harrier. I knew I should have saved up all my credits from the past week.

I should have waited on the patch coming this week, bought some psp..got nada for it.

 I got one of the new shotguns.  Your have to get a spectre pack or premium spectre pack to get the cool stuff and new characters.

Reegar carbine is like a Tesla rifle, isn't it?

Once the pack is out in Europe, i'll try to unlock it.
