Tali has been in just as many if not more suicide missions than Shepard over all three games.

All of the missions the Quarians led by Tali are very high risk. They have nothing to do with their failure to protect themselves.

Qualify this please.

Given their enviro-suits, isn't doesn't anything other than standing still have suicidal odds for quarians

Actually, Zaeed should be the one in charge, because he's always the only one who gets out alive.

Good point. Just fighting I'd suicidal for Quarians, so that must double the value of Tali's suicide missions right?

Then I will ask you again, please qualify that Tali was engaged in missions of suicidal caliber.  The standard with which is set is the ME2 Mission to the Collector base - a mission in which it is assumed prior to accepting the mission that there is a very high chance of death.

It doesn't have to be in the same league as the collector base to qualify as a suicide mission. Just going onto Haestrom against unknown numbers of Geth with a small squad is suicidal.

Not to mention the Collector Base was hardly suicidal. Everyone makes it out unless Shepard is a ******. It was a false suicide mission.

I thought the most overused word on the site was a tie between artistic and integrity.

in which case all of Shepards missions are suicidal.

Haestrom was not a suicide mission.  They fully expected to make it back - they were tasked with returing with data about Haestroms sun.  It was dangerous, yes, but had they been better prepared and more highlgy skilled, more of them would have survived.  (IE, Shepard can make it through Haestrom to rescue Tali with a team of merely three individuals against the same enemies that the Quarians perished from)

If you really believe this, then we should also consider Freedom's progress to be a suicide mission for Tali and her Sqaud.  A large number of Quarians didn't live through THAT either.

Well she did participate in that one-man-suicide-mission in ME3 when she jumps off the cliff; but she ****ed it up.

@Sisterofshane

That was a suicide mission too.

We have no reason to believe that they expected to survive any of their missions. And the fact that they always die is indicative that these were very risky missions. Just because they were tasked with recovering data doesn't mean that they had any real chance at making it out alive.

Shepard's squad is just more skilled. That has nothing to do with the Quarians' expection of the survival of their own squad.

Are you yet another deviate obsessed with me? You seem to magically appear whenever I post anything. Starting to make me feel...uncomfortable.

You're actually right, Tali has been on more suicide missions than Shepard.

Guys, it's time to stop disagreeing beause it's just flat out true; so true you don't even need to jsutify it.
