Tali has been in just as many if not more suicide missions than Shepard over all three games.

If Tali is tasked with completing a risky mission with substandard and disloyal troops, then its a suicide mission for her.

Every soldier has every reason to believe that they have a reasonable chance of surviving mission, unless facts state otherwise. Its absurd to say that a soldier in Afghanistan does not believe that he has a reasonable chance of survival just because he's in a warzone.

There again you are counter stating your own argument.  Your saying that every quarian mission is basically a suicide mission.  Following the train of logic you've initially provided EVERY single mission where someone dies, is a suicide mission.

And yes, they do have to believe they will return alive, otherwise they may as well lay in the dirt til someone comes along and shoots them, I highly doubt the quarians go on all their missions thinking.  'I'm gonna die.'  If that was the case then I very much doubt the Quarians would still exist.

Tali braver than Shepard...lmao.

When she was like 18, she was already incriminating Spectres.

She was actually 22.

Maybe in Quarians years. She obviously is no more mature than an 18 year old.

You know, I don't always agree with Catamanwhatever (usually not, in fact), but I have to applaud him for always being mature and trying to use logic to support his strange opinions, even when his threads are typically met with trollish responses. He's a true BSN hero.

Thank you. Although, I don't think my opinions are strange.

Seriously, you're one of the most entertaining posters here. You make a weird thread, you follow through with it. I respect that. Most trolls and such just give up.

When Shepard was her age, he was in a gang or watching his family get murdered.

she was not doing os intentionally. she simply stumbled accross the information by pure accident. She was gonna sell it to the Shadowbroker, until Shep saved her

You start getting into semantics like this and you lose credibility; then people see that you're a troll. That's not the way to do it.

Your attempt to justify your stalking of me with humor has failed.

And yes, you can have a suicide mission where you are attempting to bring something back, as long as the risks are suicidal. They are hardly mutually exclusive.

Yes, I know you are humorless.  It's ok, other people can still enjoy it.

And they are mutually exclusive, as a matter of practicality.  A commander is not going to send troops into a situation to retrieve data if they will not return, especially if the data is nonvital (as we learned in ME 3 that nothing ever became of the Haestrom sun data).

In one orgin he's in a gang. Gangs are for asses.

In another, he watches his family get killed by slavers. He was a coward. Otherwise he would have killed the slavers.

No speculation necessary.

Okay, well that "cowardly ass" saved the galaxy. Do you think Tali could do that?

They nor we knew the information was no vital then. It actually seemed very important. Theres no reason that they are mutually exclusive, and you cannot argue otherwise.

If it wasn't for Tali. Saren would have had free rein to unleash the Reapers. She's already saved the galaxy.

Indirectly, yes, she (and all of the other squadmates) did help save the galaxy. But if it weren't for Shepard, all would be lost. Certainly you can't deny this.
