I'm sure, Shepard would've found her dead body riddled with bullet-holes somewhere on the Citadel, and found the evidence either on her dead body or from another source.

And, if Shepard hadn't been involved, Eden Prime would have become a crater, and no one would have even known Saren was involved, making Tali's evidence useless.

Tali died during the ME2 suicide mission. I wonder how she saved the galaxy in 3?

Nope.  Tali's role was the small one.

No Shepard = no one looking for evidence against Saren.  Tali becomes a stain on the floor from one of Saren's Agents.  Galaxy becomes Reaped.

Shepard is much more crucial in terms of galaxy saving.  Several times over, apparently.

There is no reason to believe that Tali would've surivived without Shepard's help. She was outnumbered by trained gunmen - one well-placed shot and she's a goner.

Indirectly, yes, she (and all of the other squadmates) did help save the galaxy. But if it weren't for Shepard, all would be lost. Certainly you can't deny this.

Tali wouldn't have become a spectre because the quarians don't even have an embassy and they aren't considered Council races.

So yeah, that wouldn't happen.

Tali's evidence is instrumental in saving the Galaxy.  Shepard is of the utmost importance in saving Tali so her evidence can save the galaxy.

She said she can take care of herself. I have no reason to doubt this.

She seems very skilled with grenades, not to mention her tech abilities.
