Tali has been in just as many if not more suicide missions than Shepard over all three games.

Then what's the big deal about the Asari holding back the Prothean relic? Since everyone has the same level of technology, that sort of thing shouldn't really matter, right?
And instead, they chose to use it to stay just slightly ahead of the technological curve without having to actually think hard. Culture fail.

The pont is that Iraq if it tried to become as advanced as America wouldn't be able to do so in 30 years.
The Europeans and Americans despite having made contact with all nations around the world have retained to this day their technological advantages over the rest of the world for over 500 years, even if this does not remain true for much longer. And we're all humans.
It is absurd that humanity could become stronger than other races who have become well versed in advanced technology for hundreds if not thousands of years in a mere 30 years.
That is actually described in the game. Its a similar reason why Salarians are the most scientifically advanced race, why the Asari are the most artistic and neutral race, Why the Krogan are constantly looking for battle. It comes down to cultural/species natural environment. The Salarians are the most scientificaly advanced race due to the fact that their bodies and minds run at such a high metabolic rate. So they are generally a fast moving/fast thinking species. With their quick thinking they have become masters at science.
The asari are a long lived race, they mastered their home planet early and cultural upbringing involves going out into the world to make new discoveries and then passing them on to the younger generations when they are older. This cultural hunt for knowledge has led to an appreciation of artistic value. They are also a very nuetral race, because of their physiology they are quite literally able to take in all sides of an argument.
Humans are a relatively short lived race. We hunger for knowledge and power. In scientific interest we are probably second to the Salarians. When we make a major breakthrough, others jump on it and it becomes the norm. Think how far we humans have advanced in 30 years. 30 years ago the idea that we would even be capable of having this argument was laughable.
Mass Effect could have only existed as a book in its scope. Technology was at best primal. Hell, 30 years ago a calculator took up as much room as a wall in your bedroom. and no I'm not kidding.
Now here we are in space. We've discovered FTL, started to colonize the cosmos, we know contact is inevitable. Then the First Contact War (or the Relay 314 Incident) happens due to a misunderstanding. We are vastly outmatched by these seemingly hostile aliens, they also underestimated us but it isn't likely to be a reaccuring theme. Fortunately these aliens who are part of a galactic community realize its a misunderstanding. Peace is procured and we are invited to join this union of races.
Now we realize we are nowhere near the top of the galactic food chain. We have been given power because they recognize the potentially dangerous drive we have, but at the same time are basically forced to fend for ourselves in an unstable region of space. Plus we dont know if or when these races will turn on us. So we study and build. We have access to all the shared technology in the council so research isn't hard. We build up our fleets and our galactic strength. All the other races have fallen into a time of advancement stagnation because at the current point and time, there is no need to venture further. Each of the races is interested in advancing their position in the cosmos and surviving.. Other than that they're good. It's pretty easy to catch up if the research has already been done and you have near limitless resources at your disposal.
So I have presented evidence that all the species are not the same
technologically, and everyone else has baseless claims saying that they
are all equally advanced, despite having nor presenting any proof. I win
again.

I didn't read any evidence to that point. And my claim is not baseless, I just happened to have worded differently then it was presented in game.
The Asari are not more advanced in any meaningful way because they choose to sit on their "knowledge" that was passed down to them from the Protheans. The average Asari does not have access to what is contained within the Prothean Archive on Thessia, and I would highly doubt that any Matriarch that DOES have access knows any of the information contained within the archive, except that which was decidedly released and carefully disguised to look like they achieved the advancement on their own.
This still doesn't prevent them from becoming overshadowed by human developers such as the Sirta Foundation, which created medigel, and Binary Helix, which has become the front runner in Biotic Technology over the Asari.
What you have presented, therefore, is the hypothesis that each species differs culturally. That's not really earth-shattering.

You people should be glad that I've tolerated your collective stupidity so much thus far, without anyone else writing tomes of even more idiocy for me to comb through looking for a single rational thought.
