i wont ever use it again and they got the ultra rare so wrong
The harrier is not close to the beast the new sniper is. It's so OP and since i miss more than i hit its the perfect weapon for me.
why was it not the ultra rare?

This weapon just made Kroguards beyond nasty on Gold. I don't know if it gets a bonus vs. Geth, but I am now a wrecking ball of destruction.
To give you an idea, I outscored an infiltrator using the new sniper rifle (also ridiculously good) both matches. It made Gold feel like Bronze. I have Krogan love for the Reegar family now.

If they stand clumped together you can melt them away, I think I killed 3-4 guys with 1 magazine, and that was with level 1! (or maybe it was level 2)
I'm not sure if we are using the same gun or not...
Because my Geth Infiltrator maxed out for weapon damage and headshots with level 3 rail amps on everything plus a extended barrel and a level V Carbine was at about 5 ammo left after killing 1 Pyro while cloaked.
I used it for about 10 matches in a row and no matter what I put on it it could not kill more than 1 Pyro per magazine, so IDK what you guys are talking about. Maybe my rail amps were glitched like they always are...
I have yet to try it on anything other than Geth.

Kroguard with the reegar sounds good though, I'm gonna try that later.

Other than the fact that it burns through ammo way to fast, it is pretty impressive. Electrical Flamethrower is pretty much the exact description that came to mind the first time I used it also. You definitely would benefit from carrying another weapon that can hit beyond close range though.
