It is like 9 points heavier than a rank 10 mattock when it is at 10. I use it with the build in my sig and get 100-150k in gold runs.

If this gun had more spare ammo, it would probably be too good.

Stability equipment and magazine mod, maybe? *Captain Obvious face*

The shaky aim is probably a bug in the weapon file. It occurs time to time but rarely so, happened to me twice but after using power or moving to another cover aim is stable again. Overall, CH is great aside from the low reserve ammo pool.

Low ammo count is a severe issue if the class is counting on it to kill or do significant damage. It doesn't do enough damage to go through a wave.

The count with extend mags/ammo is 116. I shoot it using 2-3 bursts because I quickly ran out of ammo when using it full-auto.

Basically, it's a good gun, but it doesn't do insane damage, so you run out of ammo because you need to shoot more rounds.

Its a fun gun to run.

If it had a nickname, it would be called the Ripper becasue that is what I was doing on a gold match.

Only down side was that I had to change up my play style to run this little beast on my human female solder. *Looks around for the ammo crate*

I'm getting 125% recharge on my AJ with it. No recoil to speak off.
As a gun it is ok, perhaps the best AR so far....though I do like the Saber more, personally.

Ammo capacity is an issue, but I think the gun's overall power and accuracy when fired in controlled bursts more than make up for it.

the gun is fine. use it with a build that don't require you to shoot so much. problem solved.

I guess they should just make it a fully automatic missile launcher that kills everything with one round...

GREAT!  I have an Achievement I could get if that ever shows up.  Make it an ultra-ultra rare that you only get after a quadruple headshot and I'll start after it right away...

Easier to get than that.  It's called the Krysae :)

Personally I Love It, I run it with a lvl 5 Ammo Mod along with lvl 5 Piercing Mod and I run it on my Batarian Soldier, The ammo mod gives me more ammo & the Piercing Mod lets me Rape anything with armor & guys behind cover. & using the Batarian Soldier he has the ability to carry extra Ammo. So for me I have 36 round clip with 96 in spare ammo, couple that with my 5 Clip packs I carry into a match (which finally I have a use for them) & the ammo packs around the levels I have no problem. Bronze Brutes die in 1 clip & silver Brutes take 2-2 1/2. Instead of complaining just use your head and run it on a character that can make use of it properly until your able to level it up. And if you have them just use Stability equipments. Just play with different load outs with different characters and you'll do fine. Image IPB

Did a sliver loved it with my bat soldier went to a gold as a human missed the extra ammo but it was holding up well especially with adrenaline rush but wave 8 servers went down :(

I know it's an ultra rare and this is the first day, so most people don't have it yet. But those of us who do have it need to speak up here on the forums.
There are many good and bad things about the Harrier. It does slightly better per-bullet damage than its base model, the Mattock, but since it has a bigger magazine and better RoF it's much better overall. This was a good addition to the list for ultra rare weapons.
But it's crippled by a few other factors: it's heavy, has low ammo capacity, and harsh screen-shaking recoil. Since it's an ultra rare the first two are difficult to improve by unlocking higher levels. It would be easier for everyone if BioWare would just reduce the weight and increase ammo capacity to something reasonable.
Anyone else have thoughts after using it?

the screen shaking recoil only happens if you aim down your sights in cover(not so much out of cover) it can be easily fixed by equiping the recoil damp and yes ammo is really low and its kind of heavy but its raw power really makes up for it (it can actually damage ammor without AP at a decent rate)

Its really not that heavy. At level 1, most of my characters run it at 100%. Come level X, it will be just slightly heavier than the Mattock; its multiplier is 1.0. To put this into perspective, the Revenant is 1.25.

I never found it to have bad screen shake, and its ammo capacity makes up for its high damage dealing. Its probably one of the best ARs in the game, if not the best.

I don't think it needs a buff.
