And by levels I also mean actual multiplayer menus.
Generally my PC takes 3-5secs to load a menu or level in multiplayer or singleplayer. Now it takes several minuites if at all. There is no excuse why should be happening.
What ever the cause may be I would appreciate a fix. Thanks ya'll.
After implementing the patch and DLC, levels take minutes to load.

Its a long shot but have you try'd "repair install" of Me3 in origin? rightclick on me3 youi find option.
