Hello. I bought Mass Effect 3 a few days ago, and have spent the last three days trying to figure out this problem. Simply put, it's this:
Mass Effect 3 freezes. All the time. I can't get past the main menu the vast majority of the time, as it either fully freezes at the 'connecting to EA server' page, or freezes on the loading screen after while trying to connect to multiplayer. The farthest I've ever gotten is it hanging on a loading screen just past the 'select character' screen.
I've spent the last three days trying the newest or slightly older video drivers, looking up every fix I could find, and still nothing. I even spent nearly 4 hours with four different people on online EA Support chats to figure out the problem but to no avail.
I've tried repairing the install. I've turned off firewalls and antiviruses. I've toggled In-Game Origin off. I've deleted temporary files on my computer. I've run the game/Origin as an administrator. I've replaced the awc.dll and EACore.dll. I've even ended all other processes. It wouldn't be a router problem as someone else's computer can connect just fine from here.
I don't know what else I can do. I've been running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to find an answer, but I can't find it anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
And in the chance that someone from Bioware reads this, and this is relevant at all, the case id my last chat with EA Support was 04159605.
I just bought the game, and I haven't been able to play it once, even for just a moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It seems the servers are kind of acting up a little a lot...
MP servers (as well as Origin) have been giving problems for a lot of people for more than 24 hours now, could be what's affecting you.

Probably best to sit it out until people here in the forums starts to give out the all clear, or until a solution comes by, some people are stating that joining a friend's match fixes it, though I'm unsure as to how long that lasts.
