idk what exactly happened, either origins was updating itself or ME3 but it suddenly crashed. now it thinks that ME3 is uninstalled when it clearly is. so i unistalled both programs and reinstalled both origin and me3 via disc. now the install just stays at 100% and wouldn't even do anything else. All my DLC can't be installed as the button for "ready to download" is there but i can't even click it. all i can do is highlight it.
I CAN'T PLAYING THE FKIN GAME.
Its just so frustrating
So i contacted EA via their message chat thingy. they solved nothing. although the second time i asked he told me to end processes to achieve idk what and suddenly the browser disappears after i acidiently ended the process for it. woops
So the problem isn't solved. Last time i played was yesterday and since i am leaving for overseas tomorrow i fear that for the second time i will miss out on yet another commendation and victory pack if the weekend was successful. but that isn't my major worry atm.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP OR FIX THIS

I may not be able to respond to any responses after tomorrow. Neither will i be able to try any suggested solutions
This problem may only be fixed (for me) when i get back in setember
