(With the ULW fix, I wish I have an N7 Hurricane but despite participating in practically every Ops  I never get any N7 unlock (Option: Upload Game Feedback has always been on AFAI can remember) , so I'm stuck with the Tempest (guess I should have asked support for assistance long ago))

To the best of my knowledge, the ULW bug can be seen by actually going into the Powers menu and checking the cooldown time (in pre-patch: the cooldown time would be as if there was no ULW applied)

For the 2 months, my default loadout for my caster classes (Adept/Engineer) have always been Tempest X + Phalanx X, which leaves my casters @ 200% (SMG for general purpose/spray-n-pray CQC, HP for anti-armor as I play on Gold).  In the last month, I unlocked Carnifax X, but Tempest X + Carnifax X has a cooldown of 180% (AJ @ 191%); I know it's just 20% less but it does work out to ~ 1/3 sec more for AA's Stasis Cooldown.

So now that my game is patched and I downloaded the Rebellion DLC, 1st thing I did was to tinker my Tempest X's mods to see if I can have Tempest + Carnifax @ 200% without losing dmg potential (or allow me to consider SMG+Shotty combos).

So, while switching mods around starting with my HA first, I begin to notice that the ULW bug would occasionally re-surface with certain ULW+??? SMG mod combos (being paranoid, I would cross-check with the actual cooldown in Power menu to see if it changes).  However, I couldn't pin it to specific combinations.  For instance, right as I'm typing this (Alt-tabbing ME3 PC + Browers on my XP PC), my HA was exhibiting this bug with ULW+High Calibre Barrel, then after switching mods around, the above combo now has the supposed-proper cooldown, but the bug re-surfaces with ULW-Scope?!

Similarly, for my AA, initially the bug wasn't present, but after repeatedly mod-swapping, it would show up with this mod combo or that mod combo but it would change again.

Have anyone else double-checked the ULW mod issue or is it just me?  I really want to experiment with alternate weapon loadouts without compromising my casters' CD.
