i got a strange trouble when i bought a premium spectre pack once it was bought on playstation store the loading screen in the mass effect store took long time and i a window appear telling me it was unable to get my items i contacted the customers service they tell me it can take up to 24 hours to receive my pack items i hope i will receive it soon

Psh. Consider yourself lucky if you get it within 24 hours. The last time I had that glitch, it took several weeks and a dozen calls/emails to tech support to get mine.
