But your cuting out the very last line about the explination of control...."You will control them but lose everything you have". Please, tell me where the star child defines what everythin you have is.
No, it happens the other way around.
Child: You will control us, but you will lose everything you have.
Shepard: But the Reapers will obey me?
Child: Yes.
Therefore, you can control them (obeying Shepard's will) after "losing everything you have" because Shepard explicitly asks, and the Catalyst explicitly answers (for once).
