probably, but also they must have actually thought that they actually did fix it. as funny as it would be to have them really care so little as to intentionally "bug fix" by way of lying patch notes, i don't think it happened that way.

Bioware is not some big bad trying to get you. They thought they fixed it and that's that. They're not trying to intentionally lie to you or anyone else.

There was a difference using several different SMGs (Hurricane/Tempest). From 14 seconds and 7 seconds.
To clarify, Javelin 2 and a random SMG that was tested with both Materials on and Off. Timing it, there was big differences.

There are videos showing the opposite of what you are stating online to view right now. They are all PC as well.

Sure, I already recorded, give me a moment and I'll upload it for you guys. I stop watched the 2nd time I did it (using ULM) and it did come out to 7.9 seconds, give or take human error, which in the video the recharge time with ULM being 7.62. So I think its definately possible.

Well there goes my whole argument, I forgot about that.
Sorry guys, was really hoping to prove bioware fixed this for the sake of all of us. <_< I just tested again and it came back the same. I don't get it though, out of the 3-4 tests I did, I think once or twice it worked. Seriously this is the weirdest bug.

honestly, by really timing something, you are far above most forum "information" sources, even if you don't get the same result the second time for whatever reason. thank you for testing 3-4 times. that's proper work.
