I got all three of the new weapons and more than a few ultra rares. I still can't seem to unlock a single new character but I keep getting character cards for classes that I alrady have.

Yeah, in 16 PSPs I unlocked a grand total of 2. I got tons of new outfit choices for my existing Engineers, Adepts and Infiltrators, though! <_<

I bought like 23 PSPs yesterday and got all but one of them. I just need the new engineer. In fact, I pretty much only got stuff from the DLC. My only two UR drops were the new AR.

guess i am lucky. i have them all except the Phoenix Vanguard. I haven't received the Carrier either though.

The only one I've unlocked so far is the Cerberus Defector/Phoenix Adept. It's pretty fun to use, but I really want a Vorcha Soldier or Quarian Male Infiltrator.

8-10 PSPs, and I've only unlocked the two ex-cerbs but also got both new gold weapons up to V. I'd like to try a Vorcha out if I could ever unlock them.

I haven't gotten a single DLC weapon. But I got the Phoenix classes in my very first two PSPs since DLC launched, the Vorcha soldier in my fourth, and the QMI in my eighth.

I'm a pretty unlucky individual considering I've been through 20 PSP's and 10 SP's and I've yet to get the only thing I really wanted from this DLC; a Vorcha.

You got the Harrier II and Kyrsae III.  Probably wouldn't be complaining.

I only got the Phoenix Vanguard, Reegar Carbine I, and Krysae Sniper I after spending 1.5 mil. Not a happy camper.

All I've gotten is the Quarian Engineer, with 2 upgrades

I get the (arguably) worst new class 3 times, AND NOTHING ELSE...sigh...

Confirmed. 21 psps, 2 sps yesterday with a total of 2 new chars. 0 new weaps.
Today at least 1 new unlocked weap. ._.

I've spent about 2 million and the only character I unlocked was the Vorcha Sentinel, who I love playing, especially with a biotic because of the cluster grenades. I also unlocked the Krysae, Reegar, and Harrier all to level II, plus some gear, so I can't really complain. I just really wanted to try out one of the male quarians. Keep farming and buying is all I can tell ya, most of us are in the same boat in one way or another.

The two rare weapons are almost maxed, I'm unlocking a lot of gold characters I have maxed, just got some more ultra rares, and still no new character. All PSP packs here. Not sure how many I've purchased so far.

I maxed out my krysae and reegar, so I should start unlocking more characters with those out of the way.

Got a cerb vanguard in my victory pack

4 PSPs (I'm terrible at saving and/or farming credits, sue me) and I got 2 characters and 1 weapon. Pretty good I suppose but I'm still waiting on half the Resurgence characters so meh.
