Anyone else on 360 have issues with it locking completely up since installing Rebellion?  While in SP, I had a lot of lockups (particularly on loading screens), I have had no lockups in MP.

But last night, I locked up 3 different times, having to reboot the console every time.  Once was mid-objective W6 on Jade.  Another was during a host migration because the host dropped out.  Final one was loading into a match after everyone readied in lobby.

Struck me as odd that after weeks and weeks of no lockups, I suddenly get three in one night.  I also just saw another 360 player ask about it freezing on Goddess in another thread.

Edit: Added PS3 to the title, as several PS3 players are reporting the same thing.  Anything similar on the PC?

i honestly think that's just the xbox since it does it sometimes in most games i play, but i has gotten a bit more frequent in mass effect since rebellion came out yesterday though

Yes, I had 2 freezes yesterday. One time at starting a game in the loading-screen (selected was FB Jade), second time on wave 1 (FB Giant, I noticed weird black squares appearing for a very short duration, overlaying the explosion of the new Sniperrifle).

Every once in a while, every console will freeze, Seems like it's been happening too often since installing Rebellion. Even more so after Victory Packs came around and somehow re-introduced the random Banshees.

Happened twice to me today and once each to the other three guys I am playing with in the last hour or so

I have had at least 6 since Rebellion. Most of them occured when I was using Cerb Vanguard, but I can't guess what else could cause it.

Previously I would lockup maybe once every couple of weeks, but I assumed that was because my 360 was running hot. Today it doesn't feel like that was the case; barely warm at freezing.

It used to happen here and there, but it got lot more frequent after the DLC...

playing yesterday, had one 'disconnected from server', and did noticed some of the blockiness on FB:Jade, but did not have any freezes.

I guess I'll find out today after claiming the victory and commendation packs. should I encounter freezes I will uninstall the Rebellion DLC and reinstall it.

Happening on PS3 also, 2 freezes requiring hard boot and report since Rebellion, none before. A lot more lag/choppy framerate too, especially on Goddess map.

Same here, Had at least 3 freezes yesterday, two of which occurred on Giant near the extraction zone.

Yeah, the occasional lockup is definitely going to occur, but once I start freezing multiple times in the span of 3-4 hours (and only in one game), I start to think something is up.   Looks like others are experiencing the same thing.  Will play more tonight and see if it continues.

XBox slim here, never had a problem, downloaded Rebellion and BAM! Frame rates go down, audio acts up, connection to games goes crazy, some frames don't even happen (explosions, overload, et cetera are black boxes), rendering doesn't happen... Did my XBox rebel against me having Rebellion? O.o

Happened to me... then found out ME3 Disc 1 had been laser-burned by my Xbox - which is strange, since it never usually happens in a xbox that isn't being moved whilst still running.

Now got to find somewhere to fix the disc so I can play SP

 Same here. It happened to my sister first (her 1st game after installation) and I didn't think anything of it but then it happened to me shortly after  My guess is it's a frame rate issue? IlRC mine happened during a particular mass powers and visual overload type of moment   Are these types of freezes happening in a similar fashion in single player?

I had slowdowns yesterday like bad, tried out Vorcha Sen, suddenly became unbearable until I lost connection then froze and had to restart PS3, today used Cerb Adept I unlocked, was just fine, next-to-last match, get slowdown again but not badly, then last match decide to try out Goddess, epic slowdown but thankfully didn't lose connection or had to restart PS3.....will patch fix this?

happend 1-2 time/day before the release and now is 1time/2H.. just freeze after got victory pack too.

Yeah I posted in that other thread. It has only happened ( had to restart my Xbox ) only twice since launch, and I play every day, but it happened last night on goddess. I was playing geth infiltrator with new sniper rifle.

I have noticed this as well, got two freezes last night, and one of my friends did as well.

I also noticed before both freezes that textures weren't loading properly, this combined with the overload texture error leads me to think there might be a correlation.

I had a hard freeze after playing a Silver match on Firebase Jade yesterday, and it locked up AFTER the clock had run out on Extraction. So, I got NADA for all the consumables and time I spent on that match. Thanks a lot, XBox.

I had 3 yesterday, and before that my 360 hasn't locked up in months. I was a Justicar, GE and male QE when this happened(twice on Jade and once on Goddess).
