Also, if your account is reset to N7 1 after failing to redeem the pack, just restart origin a couple of times. Should help

Haven't gotten a comm pack yet. Am I just extremely unlucky and in the last batch to get them, or did I understand the individual goal incorrectly?
I promoted 3 classes while the event was going on. Or did I manage to screw that simple task up?

Thanks for the thread. Thought it was kinda strange I got the Victory Pack and not the Commendation one as well. Wasn't going to make a thread to complain, I was just gonna fume about it to myself. Good to know my promotions didn't get lost in some kind of glitch and that I'll get the reward eventually.
