Since Rebellion came out I've been seeing a lot of display glitches with power effects. When certain powers detonate on targets, the effect is surrounded by a dark (possibly black) square field for a fraction of a second. It's very noticable and very jarring visually. I had never seen this until the release of Rebellion.

YES!!!
I thought I was the only one as I questioned if anyone else saw it on XBL yesterday and my friends didn't know what I was talking about..
It happened to me a lot with overload and energy drain.
