For the rogues, I don't really see a huge problem. I got my own rogue to level 14 or so and everything is okay. Nothing game breaking. There doesn't seem anything too major that will prevent me from playing the game.
Personally, I'm holding off on having Sten in my party until he gets the intended specialization point. I'm hoping a lot of bugs will be fixed in the next patch but I highly doubt all of them will be covered.
Ok lemme explain the rogue problem, it's not just a rogue problem really it's a dagger and archery scaling problem.
Archery scales horribly with the difficulty you play at, being insanely good on casual, really good on normal, pretty sucky on hard and useless on nightmare.
People getting 500 hits are talking about Arrow of Slaying, the only skill that is sort of OP for archer, but even on normal it'll only hit a boss for 100 (if it hits him) I've had problems with archery skills not doing anything, not giving me a "blocked" or a "miss" msg over my head (would love a combat log) not to mention attacks being blocked by invisable walls apparently since I had a clean shot. People just like to brag about their big arrow of slaying numbers but truthfully unless you're fighting some mob insanely lower level then you on nightmare or hard it's gonna hit for crap.
the Dagger problem is daggers are supposed to scale with dex, but instead they only scale with str. meaning being a high dex rogue ain't going to help you for **** if you're using daggers, sure you'll hit your target, but your dmg will only be amplified by your str.
I also found that even though dex is supposed to give double attack power bonus to archery I can't hit for **** with it if I don't go archery warrior and get precise + perfect striking . Like 50% miss chance on hard and nightmare even if I tried to dump all my stat points into dex it wouldn't give me enough atk power to actually hit as well as any melee char could. (Realistic I guess, but still makes archery so useless when you can pull out DW wpns without any talents and do more dmg then your bow with every talent) I'm referring to hard and nightmare yet again, stop telling me your arrow of slaying does 500 dmg to a white mob on normal.
Haste also slows archers down no matter what, that's always fun.
Not really a bug but bows should probably be able to be enchanted just to make em suck a lot less and just get rid of arrows completely they're just vendor trash.
As far as the shale problem, some people are reporting that Shale isn't getting any stats increases from his crystals. I haven't experienced it myself but from what I've seen a good amount of people have.

Which leads to a page that can't help console users with the majority of bugs at all and not like we "the console community" can mod the bugs out of the game for you. So we all pretty much just list bugs here, barely ever get any replies from bioware or edge of reality, doubt anyone who even fixes the bugs reads this... I give up...
