 I cant download the rebellion pack.

After 3xcall to EA Im told they cant help so basically i can no longer play the game that I paid for.

This is totally unacceptable and basically i feel like Ive been conned.


To my friends here Im sorry but I cant play anymore as I dont have the DLC...I suppose I may as well quit playing there must be other games.


Utterly disgusted.

the dlc is free there is NO reason you should not download it

I'm finding it hard to be sympathetic towards your problem because of how you're presenting it. You may have gotten rotten support but you're the one blatantly giving up here; you don't seem to have put nearly that much effort into finding a solution for how big of a deal you're making your "goodbye." You probably spent longer making your post as dramatic as it is than you did trying to fix the issue.

Sorry to hear that. It seems odd but maybe you can try again later or in a few days? I know it sucks to wait but maybe (for whatever reason) things will be straightened out by then?

I am sorry you are having trouble. However, this does not allow you to break teh forum rules here.

If you are having a problem, I will try to help. Please explain more about why you cannot get the DLC. What do you mean? It is there, but you cannot download it? It is not there? The download breaks when you try to start/durin/at the end of the process?

The more details you can give without swearing and throwing a fit will get you more help.

I think Im allowed to be angry as EA support has told me Im on mym own here.....would waiting an extra day to complain change that?
