I am sorry you are having trouble. However, this does not allow you to break teh forum rules here.

If you are having a problem, I will try to help. Please explain more about why you cannot get the DLC. What do you mean? It is there, but you cannot download it? It is not there? The download breaks when you try to start/durin/at the end of the process?

The more details you can give without swearing and throwing a fit will get you more help.

OK...download is there but when I attempt to download it i get this message....An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later.

Support could not help me and after 3xattempts I was told i was on my own.

Also there are other players in the same boat.

P.S. I dont think I swore anywhere?

I cant download the rebellion pack.

After 3xcall to EA Im told they cant help so basically i can no longer play the game that I paid for.

This is totally unacceptable and basically i feel like Ive been conned.

To my friends here Im sorry but I cant play anymore as I dont have the DLC...I suppose I may as well quit playing there must be other games.

Utterly disgusted.

What do you mean?

It's on the list but the download wont work?

Or it's not showing up on the list at all?

Edit, seen the post above me. Haven't got a clue about that.

It would seem to me that if the pack is there and just won't DL, then you are barking up the wrong tree. My first call would have been to micrsoft or sony support.

Have you checked your firewall or similar security proceedures? That can prevent the content coming through.

I had problems with patching ME, Origin reinstall helped. Maybe it's worth trying?

I just downloaded 1.03 and now I cannot connect. I have spoken to several people at EA/Origin, and I was told that this is a known issue with the 1.03 patch (I am on Windows 7). I even humored them and disabled my firewall and added ports, but nothing had changed since yesterday other than the patch. I connect fine to EA servers, can check DLC, start single player, just not Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer. Side note: I can connect to SWTOR no problem.

I like that thinking... Overly aggressive firewalls seem to cause a lot of issues. If you haven't done any port forwarding you should probably consider doing that.

Yes..actually EA support help tried hard to get it to work but they couldnt do anything.
Also I downloaded resurgence without problems previously.

Im not bagging support for not trying but they just dont know what to do.

I'm having the exact same issue. When I press Get It Now button in the Downloadable Content window I get this error message:
General ErrorAn error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later.

Been in contact with EA support 3 times
I have done everything they told me, which is:
*Delete Origin game installers
*Disable firewalls
*Disable UAC
*Running Origin as administrator
*Disabled antivirus.
*Repaired Install
*Reinstall Origin
*Delete Origin data files in ProgramData & User accounts.

Also reinstalled Mass Effect 3 and Origin downloaded my other DLC just fine (From Ashes, CE content, Resurgence).
Which leads me to believe that Origin is unable to register / add Rebellion to my list of Add-Ons & Bonuses list, ie that the game & account knows I have the DLC installed. I haven't gotten to any download and Origin downloaded the other DLCs just fine.

EDIT: Also I'm currently running the Origin beta client suggested by poster below. Did not fix it.

I had this same problem (I'm in New Zealand, and a friend I played with in Australia had his perfectly fine). Grinch57 in the PC help forum gave me a link to here: http://forum.ea.com/...A556B97DB66D83B, where I was able to download an updated version of Origin. Once I had installed this, my download worked first time. Maybe give this a go? Hope it helps :)

I just set my Origin to use the pre-release version, that did not help either.  Neither did repairing my installation...it still puts on the 1.03 patch.

Clearly something wrong with some server of theirs, not user side.

I am kind of hoping that maybe Bioware could enable some sort of manual upgrade that bypasses origin for those of us affected.
Thatn would fix it Im sure.

Seriously how do you say massive DL problem in Australian? Fosters!

Relax man, give it a little time, cool down and try again when you are not so annoyed.

I don't know if it will help because I was getting a different error, but it's worth to try.

My origin errors(they started after the last origin update, 8.6):
- I can't update any game or install DLCs because it say that I'm not logged as administrator.
- Games on origin won't open, it start the process on windows, but the game never open. If I keep closing the process and trying again, the game finally work.

Solution (for now):
Go in the origin folder and rename the file IGO32.dll. With this renamed (or deleted), I can make upgrades and install the DLC, and the games open normally, but origin won't open ingame, so I rename it to upgrade and install, but go back to the original name when I'm playing.

Try it, maybe it will work. It's lame that we need to broke origin in order to make it work =/
