I Promoted 6 Characters 3 on Friday 3 on Sunday
I recieved the Victory Pack but No Commendation Pack

Be patient rich. Some people still didn't get theirs yet. (Including me) Your not the only one. According to EA tech support and according to the forums, the packs come out in batches meaning that some people will get their commendation pack earlier than others.

Aside from the need to be patient, the store forum is for physical merchandise from biowarestore.com. The game store should probably be discussed in the multiplayer forums.
