Something weird just happened with my save games.

I was looking for my save games to make a backup (and delete some old ones because Origin was moaning i had to delete 2.2GB of save games) And i checked my current PT in Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Characters\\Kallian\\Saves  and it showed:

AutoSave_1
AutoSave_2
AutoSave_3
AutoSave_4
Slot_1
Slot_2
Slot_3

But ingame i have about 9 saves ontop of the AutoSaves which i can actually load up also. I also checked the locations of the save files and i'm missing Soldiers Peak save game in windows but i can still select it ingame?! I'm wondering where they are.
I decided to no longer use Origin launcher because it bugs ingame and use DAOlauncher.exe (Origin makes weird texture sparkles) but if i disable 'Origin ingame' i can't invite people into my ME3 matches which is a pain.

So if anyone could enlighten me where those missing but still selectable save games went? 
I've already searched the install drive (D drive) and the  C Drive where the Dragon Age folder is i doubt that it's getting the save games from Origin because when i launch DAO through Origin it asks to sync (Sync saves to cloud - Add saves) so they must be somewhere right?
