I remember going through training for the Royal Air Force, I slept two hours a night for a month, I was addicted to caffiene pills by the end, terrible shakes and it affects your vision too.
The moral of the story is eat your sleep and get a good nights greens.
Or something.

"Sleep is your friend... sleep is good... you're getting sleepy"
Also... why does everyone throw getting a decent amount sleep during finals out the window? Better to have a rested brain instead of a tired brain thats crammed full of stuff at the last minute so it's constantly leaking back out
*Edit: Well, thinking about it more, I guess it depends more on the class than the student actually. classes that force you to memorize stuff for no real reason force the issue in my humble opinion (glares at non-physics/math courses).*

On the subject of sleep...I love sleeping. Though I often deprive myself of it. And, it's so hard to even think when I haven't sleep for 3+ days.

Why would you do this? I can maybe understand staying up late, but not getting any sleep for that long? Don't you know your performance suffers regardless of what you do if you don't sleep?chiliztri wrote...

While that may be true, I don't really think it's necessary to take another math class after having took Algebra I+II in high school. I'd rather focus on my studies that will actually have some use in my future career. I'm a literary freak, so I'm sure I'm biased concerning that though.
@ Panderfringe
To be honest I don't know why I tend to stay up for a few days at a time. I have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep at times, coupled with my sometimes tendency to stay out at night with friends until dawn doesn't help. It's a bunch of things, really.
Edit:
Wow...spelling fail.

Have you ever stayed up for multiple days straight until the hallucination begins? That's usually around day 4 for me. Much fun! Sleep deprivation - best drug ever!

Going for that long without sleeping isn't good for your health.Allyahnah wrote...
So I'm going on day 3 of no sleep. I had my last final today. My final final. heh School is over for the semester! WooT! But I refuse to sleep. I finally have time to immerse myself eyeballs deep into Dragon Age. However, I'm having to take a break because it's do the taking 5 mins to load every scene thing again... *le sigh*
