Since yesterday I've had terrible luck with my multiplayer games. I had a game yesterday where playing as my Quarian Male Engineer on Firebase Condor I was walking up the hill in the top left corner of the map and then just started to rise into the air until I could no longer see the map below me. I was killed multiple times and somehow my teammates revived me, unsure if they could even see me or not. Even bled to death, hoping I would respawn normally on the next wave but no such luck.

The same problem happened again just about 10 min ago while playing with my Krogan Vanguard on Glacier, except I fell just below the stairs in the spawn point. A Banshee even came down to say hello. But then I continued to float all the way out of the map again, which the detail of the map is pretty cool, I will say that. After a few minutes I fell back down but kept going all the way under the map.

Anyone else had this problem or am I the only one on the broken elevator?

I've had the same problem with falling through maps, mostly while playing Vanguard (don't play it anymore cause it happened so often with my Vanguard...). 

Occured pretty much on every map I played my Vanguard on...

That happened to me over the weekend - I kept getting killed and revived somehow even though all I was seeing was grey with the map way above me and my character falling (though I could aim but there wasn't anything to aim at). I don't know what it looked like to the rest of my squad but there was precious little I could do.

This has happened to me since launch, almost making the vanguard class unplayable.
