Now that Mr.Kaku has explained that merging with the machines will open a new era and why he believes we should embrace the tech. singularity and that's what Synthesis does.Merges us with the machines.
When Mr.Kaku said that merging with the machines will make us like the gods and we'll evolve beyond human standards means the Starchild was correct when he said Synthesis is the final evolution of life.

You can't do this. Ever. It doesn't work that way.

Yeah, because voluntarily embracing synthesis is TOTALLY THE SAME as forcing eugenics upon the galaxy.
No.

Evolution is substrate dependant. That means it will happen regardless. It will never "stop".
What you propose here is some sort of...machine man...something.
I can't think of an appropriate metaphor without going overboard.

IMO,the whole Machines vs. Organics doesn't fit anywhere in the ME universe besides the Quarian and Geth conflict.Devil Mingy wrote...
Relative to Destroy and Control, Synthesis probably is the only solution to the organic vs synthetic problem.

Synthetics VERSUS organics was never a central theme of Mass Effect.
The relationship between organics and synthetics was.

The entire Rannoch arc and talking to EDI. You prove that they can co-exist. There is no need for Synthesis. It is like solving the Catholic/Protestant conflict only to force them to worship a combination of the two anyway.

What you describe sounds like what happens to Tetsuo at the end of Akira.
Don't worry though, Tetsuo has the ability to create an ENTIRE universe with his body.
And he does.

So you want to protect organics from synthetics by removing organics from the equation - thus completely ignoring what you were trying to accomplish?

Like a few people have said already, this is the greatest analogy to explain the matter, and I am wholeheartedly in agreement with the point.
