When killed next to the balcony edge on firebase godess, my character's body ragdolled off the edge and fell off the map.  All of my controls froze save for accessing the menu and I could not exit the game via the in-game menu.  When the next wave started I was hoping that I would spawn back on the map but I kept the same view of my character model with a black background.

Apparently my character spawned back on the map as I got shot appropiately and died to be then revived by helpful teammates.  So im guessing there was some sort of disconnect between server and client, I cant remember if I was host or not in this case.

After the game ended the screen went black requiring a restart of my xbox
