I promoted my 3 characters but I did not get my commendation pack. I did however recieve the victory pack.
What's up with that?

This past bounty weekend we had to promote three characters to recieve a commendation pack and the multiplayer community as a whole had to promote something like 3 million to recieve victory packs.
I promoted my 3 characters but I did not get my commendation pack. I did however recieve the victory pack.
What's up with that?

Same here. I did not receive the commendation pack from the last operation either. Very frustrating.

Did you promote within the sunday 5pm PST deadline?Because that is what happened to me however i contacted ea support and while the first person couldnt help me, the second one did.

Priestly corrected it in a different thread. He said the "brass" wanted it to be until monday Mountain Time, that then further confused everybody, so he had to correct himself agian, saying the Mountain Time is what they use at the office, he meant 5pm [insert the time zone they usually use, I forget]Jzargo wrote...

I promoted 3 characters Friday and 3 Characters Sunday so for now I'll be patient since it's clear there are quite a few others in the same situation.
