I hope you can improve your guys' method for tracking these Bioware. I've watched it happen to others on previous events but this is the first time you've forgot about me.

I understand that it's hard to track the whole community, but I wish I would actually get packs when I did the objectives (which I always do).

Contacted EA Support and they were very helpful, they manually unlocked my commendation pack. Got a Hurricane, was hoping for an upgrade to my Valiant, but I guess I can give that SMG to my AA

Still had no luck with the website so I finally called the support number. Was on hold for a bit but when I finally got a rep it was painless as they already knew what was going on with the packs.

zerozen00 thanks for all your efforts, I'm pretty sure my browser is just messed up and that's why your guide couldn't help me. It seems to have helped a whole lot of other people though, which is more than I can say for any official Bioware staff. Really surprised they haven't released even a small sticky at the top of the forum that at the very least acknowledges the issue. Even a simple "we are not sure what's going on, but here is the link to EA support, they can manually add it to your account" would have been nice.

Just used live chat since I only had a victory pack waiting. Took only about 10 minutes and my pack was unlocked, just like that. His name was Sachin.

Waiting for an advisor on live chat right now, first time I've had to work at getting my Commendation Pack. It's claimed 1 minute as my wait time for a few minutes now, but that's why it's approximate.

Quick and painless. Pasted in a pre-typed intro (the typical "didn't get commendation pack" blah blah blah), told Yogesh my email, and got an Eagle III (noooooo!).

Ugh, this is the first time I haven't gotten a commendation pack either(granted I've only earned one before) and I am on the 360.

Anyone know the hours for support? All the options are grayed out. I assume 9-5 maybe west coast time?

So its friday morning 06:15 here local time, still no effing pack. this is turning out to be another operation craptor, thanx to who ever is handling the pack deliveries. you made me waste my time getting my characters promoted more than the needed amount and still no reward.
