I hope you can improve your guys' method for tracking these Bioware. I've watched it happen to others on previous events but this is the first time you've forgot about me.

zerozen00 thanks for all your efforts, I'm pretty sure my browser is just messed up and that's why your guide couldn't help me. It seems to have helped a whole lot of other people though, which is more than I can say for any official Bioware staff. Really surprised they haven't released even a small sticky at the top of the forum that at the very least acknowledges the issue. Even a simple "we are not sure what's going on, but here is the link to EA support, they can manually add it to your account" would have been nice.
3 hours later and I end up with, drum roll ....
A Crusader II.
