The real shame is, those were the three classes I use all the time, leaving me to re-level from scratch. Not only do I not get the commendation pack, but I'm going to be level-shy for a while.

I also didnt recieve my commendation pack they should add a timer to the menu showing how much time is left for the operation. All the progress of the whole community and our own so that people can see how much has been accomplished

the ****ed up part is, i contacted support 48 hours ago already -.- because thats when half of my friends already had their packs -.- ****ing bull****, no matter whos fault it is. EA or BW. they never get anything working on first go...

Didn't receive my commendation pack promoted 3 characters on Sat. I did receive a victory pack.

 I'm trying to go to ea contact us support but if won't let me get past entering what product. I'm running safari on Mac and I really rather not have to download another internet browser if possible. Any one have any suggestions?

Fixed. . .Do NOT enter the collector's edition even if that's what you have. As soon as I put in just the regular version every thing went fine. Got me a Crusader III. Still waiting on my Valiant.

I didnt get it either. & no im gonna web cam chat with sum indian all the way in packistan. I should of gotten it on wensday! Not before, not after! & iim certently not gonna ask for something I earned.

But I suppose this is another promotion objective screw up just like a few weeks ago when it took till the following thursday to get the commondation pack.

False. I own the Digital Deluxe Edition and it worked everytime for me, as you can clearly see in this screenshot (link for full size image):


You can clearly see form the timestamps the first one from the top, the most recent one, is from this operation, and the others are of the same kind (apart from the one at the bottom that is for the Pinnacle Station DLC).

contacted support. A really nice person for change. propably the best online support person so far, Chandan. But i got an eagle 3 from my com pack >_< but yeah if you get chandan in support. hes a nice person.

EA / BioWare where's the Commendation Pack! Been waiting for it on Xbox 360 in UK since Wednesday! When I got the Victory Pack.

Have just spent over 1.5 hours trying to contact the EA support / Help.... (How many milion brutes do I have to kill to get your F***ing Email address!!!!!) I'm not on facebook or twitter! How about the old fashoned ways telephone & email contact. Also EA support your webpage is broken wont let me select whats wrong with your Product!!!!

Yeah, thanks, I'll do it. Never thought of making a new thread, with all the visibility the old one the guide is in had already.
Don't think they'll sticky it 'cause I talked to Derek a few days back and he told me they are trying to cut on the stickied threads as there are too many.
