I contacted support was they manually activated it wasn't there so I went for live chat he tried twice said I should wait ><

I haven't received mine yet, either. On PC. Received Victory pack, though.

One thing I'd like to know is the technical reason behind this problem. I mean, if we all have data tracking enabled etc etc, why do some of us receive their packs correctly while others have to contact support? I received correctly only one pack out of five, had to mail support all other times.
I mean, support doesn't hand out packs blindly, they check the eligibility of the player first...

Didn't get mine either, am on PS3. 4 Characters promoted within the time frame and have feedback enabled.

Have followed the instructions on how to contact EA help (yeah right) keep getting stuck on the second bit wont show the pull down for the "Game Play" option anybody esle getting this and is there away round it, tried refresh but you just have to start typing Mass Effect 3 in again.

Am lossing the will to continue this!!!! May have to just go back to single player gaming and forget all about multiplayer.

What did he ask you for? All he asked me for was my name.

I didn't get mine either. My friend did and we both promoted our characters at the same time. I play on xbox, I'm not sure if other players on other formats had this problem.

sent an email from work, got my pack at home painless enough.

Now I can rock that valiant IV!

Didn't get the pack, contacted the live chat and they added it in about 5 minutes.
Is the third squad goal i complete and the second time i contacted the live chat for the same problem.

I've been trying to login to the EA website to go through live chat or send an email, but all I get is a "Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable" message when I try to login.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is there another way to contact EA?
