Wow, I was wondering why my Victory Pack didn't come with a Commendation Pack. I figured it was just a delay issue, but hadn't checked the forums all week. Promoted my 3 Saturday night, so not a time issue. Did the Live-Chat fix; won't know if it worked until tonight though.

I followed zero-zen's guide and it worked. Cheers dude! I couldn't log in and had to change my password for the prompt to come up so I could create a master account. Sent it this morning, and when I checked I got my pack. I got the eagle I wanted too - I know its not great, but I already have the crusader, valiant and hurricane.

Just to let you known, tried the number once I got home from work and have now got my Commendation Pack took about half an hour from phone call.

have opened it an got a nice upgrade to a N7 Valiant II sniper rifle, so keep trying and good luck and hope you get an N7 that you want after all this trouble. Off to test out the Valiant II...

Just thought might be worth checking any old EA game manuals as my Dragon Age 2 has the above contact number!

I completed it showed up, I bought and then...SERVERS CRASH.....EA wont do anything about it..Lil dissappointing considering, then my Victory for some reason gave me a totally unnecessary upgrade to my Crusader 3, now i got it at level 4..

For those getting the "service temporarily unavailable" screen when trying to log in...

I had that same problem. Instead of going straight to the "Help" EA URL, go to ea.com. Log in from THERE with your EA account address and password, and it should take you to a page wanting you to set up a "Master" name. Do that, and you're logged in. From there, you can go to the help/contact us portion of the site. Try logging in again and it should work and no longer give you the "service temporarily unavailable" message.

followed Zens guide, took all of 5 minutes. Had a reply withing 2 hours and my pack should be ready for when i get home.

I left my number and within literally 10 seconds, my phone was ringing. 5 minutes with the nicest sounding person I've ever talked to resulted in me getting my Commendation Pack complete with the Valiant II (wahhh...I wanted the Hurricane)

Can someone please help me? I'm getting the "service temp. unavailable" error, but changing my password on BSN does'nt prompt crap. All this BS with having 60 billion different accounts to play a friggin is stupid. I can't even get into the site to get the bloody contact number for the U.S. Can someone shoot me the number for New York, in the US?

And I hope someone from BW is reading, cause you're boss companies QA SUCKS. *FACEPALM*

BTW, live chat is the way to go if you have the option. I logged in and got the pack delivered to my account in about 5 minutes.

I tried that too. Still getting the "Service temp unavaible" bug.

You gotta hit "Forgot password" when you click the log in button...you can't log in to the website unless you do the password reset. Sounds dumb, but once I changed the password it made me create another user name as well. Then, I could finally do the whole live chat thing.

That let me get into the actual site, but the second I hit the "help" tab it logged me right back out. -__-
