I didn't have my commendation pack last night, but had the victory pack. Got in touch with EA Support and they said they added it to my account, should be there waiting for me when I get home.

What did he ask you for? All he asked me for was my name.

asked for my origin ID and the email associated with it.

maybe they need to fix it, but when I got them on chat, they handled it right then, and stayed in chat while I confirmed receipt. that's good service to confirm I got something free.

They said this to me. Yesterday.
They even used the words "has been added." As in, past-tense. Still waiting for them to add it though...

Futzed around with support for a while, sent an email, come back here and see a guide to doing exactly what I did. Sigh.

Well, the Commendation pack showed up a short while later. Eagle II. Hissssss.

Follow Zerozen's guide, except go to Live chat. It'll take a minute or two to get talking to someone, but they can fix it within ten minutes of you contacting them.

If you're still experiencing problems, be sure to read all the thread in my signature (it's just 3 pages atm), don't stop at the OP. There are useful posts that are not yet included in the guide, which is going to be updated in 9 hours.

Please direct anyone who haven't received the ComPack to that thread in my absence. I'd stay longer but I've been following PST time for two days now to get this thing working, I'm badly in need of some shut-eye.
