PC, and I haven't received my commendation pack from this week's challenge, or the previous challenge. I let it slide last time, but this weekend promoting 3 squadmates was not difficult.
Where's my commendation packs? I only really care about those because you can't get the weapons in them anywhere else.

Contact Tech Support. I did earlier (About 5pm EST) They fixed it immediately. I added a Hurricane to my Collection of N7 Weapons

I just contacted EA support and within a minute or two I had my pack. Not the Valiant upgrade I was hoping for, but I'm sure I'll make use of the Crusader I got.
