Did you go through and select your product, issue category, and platform? Live Chat remained greyed out until I selected all that information; I'm now waiting for the next available advisor.

Follow the prompts to live chat. You have to log in through EA. It took about 5 mins and I had my comm pack. Eagle III....

EA support fixed it right quick.  Took maybe 8 minutes.  I told the guy "You did good, Abhishek. I'm proud of you" before I died.

I didn't receive mine (PC) but after a pleasant text chat with tech support over the issue they fixed it right away. Well done EA tech support.

I didn't get mine either. Contact live support and they said they added it. Still nothing. The guy said he added it again. Still nothing. He said he added it AGAIN. Nothing. Now I get to wait.
