classes. I mean, if you promoted Vanguard, leveled to 20, promoted again, leveled to 20, and promoted a third time, yes. But you had to promote 3 classes total. "Characters" don't really mean anything.Air Quotes wrote...
Didn't get mine either. Was it 3 characters or 3 classes? Cuz I have promoted 3 characters in the Vanguard class. Didn't promote my Adepts or Infiltrators.

Edit: According to the rep I chatted with, all should be well with my commendation pack. However, server is unavailable for me, so I can't check to be certain.

Yep PS3 is also having the issue as I do not have mine yet. However one of my friends got his with no issues on the PS3 so it seems like it's hit or miss for all systems.

Couple of guys just told me they got their packs on 360 earlier today, I would check again but the Server crashed and multiplayer for 360 is offline.

And just now I lost over 70,000 credits from a completed gold match (where we got the mission accomplished screen and the scores and everything).

The rest of the time's i've tried i type "Mass Effect 3" into the box and get no further prompts to select "Issue Category" or "Platform". If i hit "Enter" after typing in "Mass Effect 3" i get redirected back to the EA Help homepage. I'm quite litearally going around in circles trying to get the option to enter all the information needed to gain access to the "Live Chat". At this point i'm somewhat vexed with the whole thing.
Could it be a browser issue? I'm having to use Internet Explorer as i can't even log into the EA Help site on my normal browser (Opera).
Edit: seems i can get the option to enter all the information only if i have UK selected, but that only gives the option to use the email. I'd guess Live Chat isn't available at this time for the UK and we can't access US live chat at all. It would be nice if they had a note on the hours that live chat was available, would make things much clearer.

See that's exactly what I did, and I think it was after 5pm but the time had been screwed up, they announced that. So I get the feeling that Sunday promotions maybe screwing this up. Monday at 5am became the end the event.
