No, after hours of refreshing, it randomly decided to work. Now I have to wait "3 minutes" (been 14).

Looks like I'll be missing out on ANOTHER commendation pack this time no thanks to the server f*** up, well it's a good thing the PSPs have been paying up the goods then.

Contact EA Help. they have helped me on 2 occasions to still get my commenation pack. Also with this operation. Just go via ntact EA live chat.

completed it also and only got the victory pack, tried contacting EA support but only option available is email and that doesn't work. I guess ill try later on! on Xbox btw

guys i still cant get hold of live support hasnt been online for me for 5 hours now can someone give them my origin ID and tell them that i cant get ahold of live support or ask them to grant me it? I'll be very grateful.

Just got my comm pack after emailing them 5 mins ago. Note that I had to go to the EA help site on Internet Explorer because I couldn't get it working on Firefox v12. Those of you having trouble should try it. Good luck!

Thanks to Avneesh (probably spelt that wrong) from Live Chat, I recieved another Valiant. I like.

For those having trouble, try the contact us page with the three options "filled in" and try Live Chat, if available.

If you only have "Email us" coming up, try scrolling down to the country selector at the bottom of the page and changing it to USA, if you aren't already there. I was in Australia and had no Live Chat option, but changing to USA made it appear and it took about 15 minutes total to get connected to a chat, then have the problem solved. They'll just add the Pack manually if you explain you didn't recieve it (Operation Shieldwall) and you believe you did what you're meant to.

They'll ask for you email or Origin ID :3

We all did

Not all of us did. I logged onto XBL this morning and it didn't show in the store. I got my Victory pack but the Commendation pack wasn't there and I did promote three characters during the operation. At this point, I don't know whether to simply wait or who I would ask about it.

Edit: Sorry, went back a page or two and saw the suggestions. Connecting to live help doesn't seem to work, but if my luck is no better than with the PSPs that I've been buying then I'm not really missing anything. It'd be a character that I already have or another Graal Spike Thrower.Image IPB

I mailed US support this time instead of using live chat (that always worked within a few minutes too), and got a response within 20 minutes. So if you don't feel like talking, just mail. Don't forget to tell them what your Origin account is.

Fantastic. I can't even log into the help site, since "the service is temporarily not available". Which means I don't even get the email link, let alone chat or whatever. So without being logged in AND their service being down due to their own inability, I can't contact them at all, period. What a fantastic "service".
