Thanks to Avneesh (probably spelt that wrong) from Live Chat, I recieved another Valiant. I like.
For those having trouble, try the contact us page with the three options "filled in" and try Live Chat, if available.
If you only have "Email us" coming up, try scrolling down to the country selector at the bottom of the page and changing it to USA, if you aren't already there. I was in Australia and had no Live Chat option, but changing to USA made it appear and it took about 15 minutes total to get connected to a chat, then have the problem solved. They'll just add the Pack manually if you explain you didn't recieve it (Operation Shieldwall) and you believe you did what you're meant to.
They'll ask for you email or Origin ID :3
