Hey guys - I didnt get my pack as well !! Evern though I promoted all 6 of my characters durriung the weekend !
I dont see this pack in my registered game content list !!
This ME 3 stuff is really anoying for me ...
So far I had such problems with Muultiplayer rewards
1 reward - got commendation pack no problem
2 reward - got commendation pack after a month of waiting.
3 reward - (this one with succesfull Gold Extraction) - i did this one but I never received my pack (I am sooo pissed of it was so hard to achive (i palyed godl only 4-5 times so far)
4 reward - Silencer - I didnt even participated in this weekend as I was frustrated of not receiving previous pack. So of course no pack for me.
5 reward - I promoted all 6 classes and now I see that i dont get any comendation !!
I dont know why Bioware hates me that much ...

I got the the victory pack, which in my case was essentially a jumbo pack, except for the GPS, but no commendation pack yet. I will wait a bit more before contacting the support. Oh, and the crusader appeared out of nowhere in my manifest. I don't understand, unless it was in the victory pack and I overlooked it...

This is the third event straight in which I've had to contact EA support to receive my Commendation Pack.
It's getting pretty tedious, and the support guy I just spoke to, obviously, couldn't provide me with any sort of assistance as to why I keep having to do this.
He got me my pack, but it's getting pretty unacceptable that I have to contact EA support every other week just to get my reward for participating in the events.

Go to help.ea.com/contact-us, if you guys are missing commendation pack from shieldwall. Worked for me and Chris mention it on the other page (I don't remember what page).

Chat seems to be the quickest turnaround. I tried emailing 2 hours ago and still hadn't heard anything back nor received my pack. I tried Chat just now and he said he credited my account, but I'm back at work so will have to wait and see.

I also promoted 3 characters along side two friends, both of which got their packs last night. I still didn't have one as of the cut off date stated by Chris Priestly so I contacted EA through the live chat.
Might be an inconvenience, but it was very quick. Ask for Sourabh!

I completed this weekend and the previous weekend event squad objectives on saturday both times and I didn't get either pack. My options settings are correct and I'm NEVER promoting again. What a big ass waste of my time. I barely get to play video games and when I do, I have to waste my time leveling up again because of an event I won't ever get rewarded for. *thumbs up*
