Didn't receive mine. Mailed support. Had no problem before. This sucks..

Yeah, was definitely annoying. I have NEVER turned off game feedback, so it was on (I even double-checked it in my settings). Promoted 6 classes, 4 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. Did everything right. Had no problems at all getting the Commendation Packs for Exorcist and Silencer (only ones I could participate in due to playing PS3).

Had to do LiveChat with customer support to get my Commendation Pack this time.

Got a Hurricane I, which I really wanted, so that was nice. But there definitely does seem to be issues... it seems like there are WAY more threads and people not getting their Commendation Packs this time, compared to past operations.

same here online chat works very well all you need is your log in name and real name. it took like 10 minutes. If you didn't get a pack, but recieved a victory pack alone. online chat is the fastest way to go. https://help.ea.com/...t=mass-effect-3

I'm on pc and promoted 4 chars over the weekend but still haven't received a commendation pack. I got the victory pack a few days ago. Can't use live chat from the UK I think, or maybe not at this time? Anyway, I've sent an email so will update for anyone else in the same boat

I've emailed support (UK - no live chat option) like I had to do with Raptor. Several of my friends have had to do the same thing (we all promoted our classes at about the same time). Hopefully I should have my pack in 24 hours.
t's not exactly good PR when fans have to jump through hoops to get resolutions to things like this. Surely BW should be monitorin the situation so it doesn't happen again. I can understand the "you need to contact EA support" viewpoint in that Bioware is part of EA, but in some eyes it also seems like "contact EA, we're not interested".

Didnt get my pack, i seriously cannot be arsed to contact that blasted EA chat again fomr something that is wrong on your end of the freaking game. Every ****ing week you **** up something.

I got mine just like before, through game support. Got N7 Crusader AGAIN, I've being getting this freaking shotgun from all my commendation packs! What did I do wrong?

Wow, kudos to EA support, about 90 mins from me emailing them to having a pack in my account. Spotted a pattern though, everytime they have a "promote x number of classes" event I have to contact EA support to get my pack as it never gets sent to me.

Took no more then 5 mins in live chat to get mine, Eagle 3. :/

Still no Valiant for me. I have the Eagle 3, Crusader 1 and Hurricane 1.

I don't think I got my victory pack, but I can't know for sure, as I haven't been able to get into multiplayer for a day or so. Servers keep crapping out right as it is trying to load multiplayer.

I know this post of mine doesn't specifically have to do with the commendation packs, but I don't think there's much of a difference.

I have the same problem. I promoted 3 characters, but I didn't get a commendation pack. This happened also when I had to promote 2 characters for a weekend challenge. Did it, but got squat

Someting went seriously wrong this weekend. Many more threads than before.
For me it was probably completing squad goal on Sunday rather then asap on Saturday. First 4 packs received no problem, when I compelted goal Saturday morning, slacked off last weekend till Sunday afternoon and bah got pack through customer support.

Yup this is bullsh*t. Promoted 3 characters and didn't get anything. And I'm not talking to that sh*tty EA support, I had trouble installing the steam version of Overlord last time I did, the person I talked to told me that Overlord was only available for Xbox and PS3 and PC version would be coming out soon, when the PS3 version of ME2 wasn't even out yet (and told me that "currently PC version is not make available, so to please wait until release before contacting support". GTFO). That, along with multiple unhelpful queries before that, so just no.

I think I'm gonna spend my time the next bounty weekend playing Ghost Recon instead so I don't get pissed off.
