And I'm not talking to that sh*tty EA support, I had trouble installing the steam version of Overlord last time I did, the person I talked to told me that Overlord was only available for Xbox and PS3 and PC version would be coming out soon, when the PS3 version of ME2 wasn't even out yet (and told me that "currently PC version is not make available, so to please wait until release before contacting support". GTFO). That, along with multiple unhelpful queries before that, so just no.

I think I'm gonna spend my time the next bounty weekend playing Ghost Recon instead so I don't get pissed off.

I haven't gotten the one for Shieldwall yet, but I doubt they'll give it to me since I promoted my characters at 7:55pm EST when I first got the operation message and a BW employee said the operation started at 8:00pm. So much BS.

Still haven't received my EXORCIST commendation and I even talked to the ea support guys about 24 days ago. Made a thread in the ps3 technical issues (pretty pointless posting it here but I can hope something might change)

GL to you guys in the chances to recieve your packs with not hitches.

Spoke with EA customer support. Ashok (guy I spoke to) was very helpful. Though the pack gave me the Crusader II (really hate that gun), I got my pack nonetheless.

I can't even get a live chat option.

I've been on the "Contact Us" section of the site trying to login and the link isn't working. I logged in on the regular site and still no luck. Anyone else having this issue?

I had to stop using Firefox and used IE instead. Took about a dozen tries. Problem was that I needed the popup Origin login to show up. Then I had to select ME3 from a list. Quite convoluted, but once I got through to Live Chat I had my pack delivered in game 5 min later. Good luck :-)

I didn't get my com pack either but did get victory. I promoted all my characters on Friday after i saw the operation screen. I know i need to contact live support but it seems to be down or something. Anyways this is my first problem with getting packs and i can now see the frustration with it. I just hope once i get my pack its the crusader as its the only N7 gun i want atm.

Edit: When i try to login to my origin on the help site it tell me "Sorry, this service is temporary unavailable"

I can't wait to get the Valiant. ME3 seems to REALLY want me to use shotguns or submachine guns, both of which I simply don't care for. I've got every N7 (Rebellion DLC not included) except the Val, and that's the only one I REALLY want.

yeah I sent them an email earlier as the chat wasn't available and a couple of hours later it's there in the store Nice service. Also, I got a Crusader shotty.

Useful solution, especially if every single option available to contact support is greyed out for me >_>

Just got it through live chat. Took less than 5 minutes. Guy just asked for my gamertag and added it.
