You'll have to wait a long time for the collector rifle, as it isn't an N7 weapon that gets handed out by completing the operation goals. You get it by buying special Razer gear and other stuff as a promo code.

All I've ever wanted out of these packs is a Valiant.

Crusader 1
Hurricane 1
Eagle 2

I don't want to open this new pack. I know what I'm going to see. It won't be a Valiant. And if it's an Eagle 3... well then I don't know if I can play anymore for a while after that.
