 I'm surpprised no ones posted about these two glitches yet, it may have something to do with the new dog or switched link address, no clue. heres whats going on.

1. Hawke(rouge) while everyone is fighting, you hop to an enemy and start slashing away, all of a sudden you start to hear load explosion noises and notice your character taking fast and massive damage while unable to move, no one is attacking you, no teamate is friendly fireing you, you just take damage that usually kills you. 
It doesn't stop there though, sometimes it happens while controling other characters, like bethany, fireing from a distance and all of a sudden i'm getting knocked back over and over as my health rapidly falls, sometimes you have just enough health left to heal yourself, sometimes switching characters stops this for a while. not sure whats causing this glitch, has anyone figured it out? difficulty Nightmare.

2. when you flee the battle so you can regenerate and revive your team without items, sometimes yourr team just stands up and then falls as there injures rise until it can't anymore, sometimes running and killing a enemy works.
any ideas about this? or how to fix? difficulty Nightmare.

never noticed these things on hard mode before, but i also didn't have the dog download either, i've beatin this multipule times, just now noticing this on nightmare and with the dog.

There is a chance its Fenris causing these deaths, that's if his tornado can hit you when he's no where near you, his attacks do massive damage on allies, small damage on enemy, all friendly fire does, but that's not what's happening.
